Your Treadmill Reviews

If you are looking to increase your fitness level, or maybe even just preparing to work off a few pounds from the holidays, then you are probably looking for some treadmill reviews. Thankfully, there are literally a ton of reviews on the internet for you to browse, but there are really only a few things that you are going to need to look for when you are looking for a new treadmill. For the most part, all treadmills are created equal, but some models do include more technology than others. The basic treadmill is built the same across the market though.

The first thing you are going to want to know from your treadmill review is the size and power of the motor. If there isn’t a power listed on the treadmill, you may have to power it yourself which most people aren’t going to want to do. Instead, look for listings that have a HP or horsepower rating on the motor, and usually anything over 1 horsepower or 1 HP is going to be sufficient for most home use. However, if you are looking for the treadmill to go into a gym, you might want to find a heavier duty model.

The next feature that you are going to want to look for in the review is the length of warranty. As long as you are purchasing from a reputable company, the length of warranty shouldn’t matter so much, but if you are trying to save money, you are going to want to make sure that the treadmill has a warranty to back it up, in case something happens once you get it into your house. There are a lot of moving parts on these pieces of exercise equipment that can fail at any time, and having a quality warranty will protect your investment.

Lastly, you are going to want to check for any digital dashboards that the treadmill might have. If you are looking to save money, you may want to avoid the treadmills that are loaded down with digital features, because the computers involved with tracking your statistics can be costly to repair. If you don’t see yourself using the features that are included, you may be able to save yourself some money on the purchase by downgrading the types of treadmills that you are looking for. To get the most from your treadmill reviews, you are going to want to keep these things in mind.
